Job Description


1. Summary Check-in and Check-Out of all employees. 

2. Record unusual Check-in and Check-Out of each employee.

3. Summarize Check-in and Check-Out off all employees every end of year for KPI evaluation.

4. Setup and Record employees appraisal for who have to evaluate to pass probation and upgrade for next position.

5. Update employees data also other relevant document into Odoo back office

6. Setup and random check for employees check-in and check-out location are within specific area of AiT office.

7. Summarize and execute Odoo payslip in every month for all employees.

8. Recruitment and selection are mandatory. Officer shall execute the recruitment in Odoo back office following Tech Lead's request or following manpower management program (MMP)

9. Employees social security is mandatory of HR officer's responsibility. Officer shall complied follow act and law of the government requirement.

10. Collaborate with PA HR officer for public holiday program. The officer shall ensure that the Odoo data on HR module in "Public Holiday" are correctly and synchronized with PA Public holiday program.

11. Making the HRM which is containing all work flow, procedure, work instruction and SOP.
